Since 1992, The Partnership CDC has developed or co-developed 370 units
of housing in West Philadelphia.
- 340 of our projects have been affordable housing units.
- The Partnership CDC partnered with Mercy Hospital to rehabilitate
22 vacant-single family houses as part of the Mercy Homeownership Initiative.

In 2002, The Partnership CDC collaborated with Neighborhood Restorations
on the Holmes School Project , a 42-unit
rental development for low-income elderly residents located at 55th
and Chestnut Streets.
The Partnership CDC also co-developed The Chatham Court Apartments with The Ingerman Group, a 44-unit rental
property located at 49th and Locust Streets.
