The Partnership CDC is accelerating our efforts to create and attract entrepreneurs and promote enterprise. We have established a new, more tailored approach to business start-up support with a strong emphasis on business advice and support, building an improved support networks for potential
and early-stage entrepreneurs, and we encourage more positive attitudes to entrepreneurship.

We know that the small business community encounters more challenges each day than the large business sector. Because of limited resources, they are unable to access or afford the latest in technology, they struggle with employee training, and employee health insurance is often times a luxury they can ill afford. Furthermore, most small business start-up services are not easily accessible.

The Partnership CDC is mobilizing a virtual Small Business Support Center in the Fall 2006 to offer solutions to address these challenges. The facility, which will be located adjacent to our new offices, will provide meeting space, training facilities and a resource room.

Here is a list of the services offered by the Small Business Support Center:
Marketing Plans and Implementation
Business Plan Creation and Assistance
Real Estate Technical Assistance & Consulting
