The Partnership CDC is a nonprofit agency that has taken the lead in affordable housing, job creation and economic development in West Philadelphia. The CDC develops affordable for-sale and rental housing for low to moderate-income families in Philadelphia County and provides financial literacy and homeownership education to first-time homebuyers. We collaborate with a variety of community partners to have great impact in our neighborhoods. Additionally, The CDC works to attract new businesses to West Philadelphia and helps to retain existing businesses. We undertake retail development, organize business associations, provide technical assistance and formulate revitalization strategies for commercial corridors.

Our results over the past 13 years have been extraordinary. We have built 350 units of affordable housing, provided credit counseling and financial literacy to 6,400 families, created more than 100 new jobs, and invested $64 million dollars in the community.
